李淳博士現任中華經濟研究院WTO及RTA中心副執行長,同時為富邦金控獨立董事。至2020年為止,曾任陸委會諮詢委員。
李博士主要研究領域為貿易政策、區域整合、WTO、服務貿易及數位貿易。其為台灣參與WTO、TPP、APEC及區域整合之政策及法制顧問。其時論專欄及專訪見於台灣各主要媒體。

Albert Liu, Kneron’s founder and CEO. After graduating from the Taiwan National Cheng Kung University, he got the scholarships from Raytheon and the University of California to join the UC Berkeley/UCLA/UCSD research programs, and then got his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Before establishing Kneron in San Diego in 2015, He has worked in R&D and management positions in Qualcomm, Samsung Electronics R&D centre, MStar and Wireless Information.
Albert has been invited to give lectures of computer vision technology and artificial intelligence at the University of California, as well as to be a technical reviewer for many internationally renowned academic journals. In addition, Albert owned more than 30 international patents in the areas of artificial intelligence, computer vision and image processing. He has published more than 70 papers in major international journals.

個人簡述
- 張維夫執行副總在澳洲取得會計師執照後於2000年初返回台灣,隨後加入KPMG。在加入KPMG之前,他在澳洲之會計事務所有超過5年之審計、會計、稅務及商業顧問經驗,並曾擔任事務所中之營業稅經理。
- 加入KPMG後,張維夫執行副總曾參與許多國內外企業併購專案,近期完成之交易案件包括德昱股份有限公司收購台灣麥當勞餐廳股份有限公司(並取得特許經營商營業授權)、台灣日立電梯公開收購永大機電、統一收購韓國WoongjinFoods Co., Ltd.、貝萊德收購雲豹能源科技及永鑫能源旗下之太陽能案場、日本Cool Japan Fund投資KKday、樂天取得Lamigo桃猿隊之經營權、日本博報堂公開收購格威傳媒之多數股權、喬山健康科技收購日本富士醫療器公司60%股權案等。

Phil Chen is a general partner at Race Capital, a serial entrepreneur and investor. Prior, Phil was the founder of HTC Vive (leading VR headset), Exodus (world’s first crypto phone), Alex eReader (acquired by B&N), partner at Horizons Ventures and led numerous investments including Improbable (valued at $2B), Beats (acquired by Apple for $3B), Sandbox VR (valued at $400M), among others.
Phil joined HTC late 2007 and shipped the world's first Android phone and helped grow HTC from a USD$2B to USD$ 35B market cap company. Phil is a proud Taiwanese entrepreneur and received his B.A and B.S in Mathematics and Physics from UCSD and an M.Div from Fuller Seminary. He is the happy husband of Tanya and proud father of Miles, Naomi and Olive.

Duen-Chian (DC) Cheng is the Chairman of TGVest Capital. He oversees the strategic development and investment. Mr. Cheng is an active member of Taiwan Presidents’ Organization (TPO) and a former member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Mr. Cheng has over 25 years of experience in the finance and investment industry and has held many management roles. Mr. Cheng is the Director of UMC Capital Corporation and had served as the President for more than 10 years. He was responsible for the firm’s investment strategy, team, and operations across all worldwide offices. Mr. Cheng had led the firm to successfully execute major exits including SuperAlloy International, Simplo Technologies, Sandforce, Parade Technologies, MetaCloud, Montage, and MobileIron.
Prior to UMC Capital, he was the Managing Director of United Investment. From 1995 to 2000, he was Executive Director of the Investment Banking Division and General Manager of the Taiwan Branch at Morgan Stanley Asia L.L.C. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Cheng served as the Executive Director of the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs Asia L.L.C.
Mr. Cheng received his MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from National Taiwan University.

Tina Cheng is the Managing Partner at Cherubic Ventures, an early-stage VC fund with over 150 investments in Greater China and the US. Some of the fund’s notable investments include Flexport, Calm, Hims, 91APP (Taiwan), and Pinkoi (Taiwan). At Cherubic, Tina is in charge of investments and global operations. Prior to joining Cherubic Ventures, Tina worked at Yahoo! and Cisco, and later moved back to Asia to cofound an education startup that helps provide Asian students better access to higher education. Tina holds an MBA degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Dr. Jeffrey Chi is a Managing Director of Vickers Venture Partners, Vice Chairman of Vickers Capital Group and a member of its Investment Committee. He is also former Chairman and currently Ambassador of the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. Dr. Chi also sits on the advisory panels of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the commercialization arm of A*Star and the National University of Singapore Division of Engineering and Technology Management. Based out of Shanghai, Dr. Chi heads Vickers Venture’s investments in Asia and has investments in artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, education, e-commerce, healthcare/wellness and financial services (including fintech).
Formerly a corporate finance specialist with and Executive Director at Pegasus Capital, he has managed engagements for large and small clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Pegasus Capital, Dr. Chi was a senior consultant with the Monitor Group. Dr. Chi's operational background includes seven years on the management team of an engineering group with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Indonesia. As its Managing Director, he led the group into the Enterprise 50 in 1997 in Singapore.
Dr. Chi is a C.F.A. Charter holder and graduated from Cambridge University with 1st Class Honours in Engineering. He earned his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in organizational knowledge and information technology.

Mark Chiba is Group Chairman and Partner of The Longreach Group. The Longreach Group is an established independent private equity firm with offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo. The firm focuses on Japan and related Greater China control buyouts in the mature industrial and technology, consumer, business services and financial services sectors. The firm manages three Funds which have accumulated approximately US$2.1 billion of committed limited partner and co-investment capital.
Mark co-founded The Longreach Group in late 2003. Mark's lead responsibilities at Longreach include firm management, senior relationship driven deal sourcing and execution, investments in the financial services sector, and building the firm's capital base and global networks.
Before co-founding Longreach, Mark served as Chief Executive Officer and President of UBS Securities Japan, Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Investment Banking Management Committee, Head of Japan Investment Banking and as a member of the UBS Global Investment Bank Board. Previous to this role in Japan, Mark headed the UBS Asia-Pacific Financial Institutions Group.
Mark is an Australian citizen, resident in Hong Kong. He holds First Class Honours degrees in Economics (University of Melbourne) and Law (University of Sydney). Mark is a Rhodes Scholar with a Master of Philosophy degree in International Relations (with Distinction) from Oxford University.

Eugenia has abundant experiences in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and cross-border transactions. Eugenia has represented many well-known domestic and international corporate clients, private equity funds and institutional investors in their investments, tender and merger & acquisition projects in various industry sectors including manufacturing, high-tech, energy, telecommunication, food, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. She has assisted the clients in ascertaining the appropriate deal structures, conducting due diligence exercise, preparation and negotiations for the transaction documents, providing legal advice, obtaining regulatory approvals and implementing the post-transaction corporate restructuring and establishing proper corporate governance practice.

何志傑先生為中華開發資本總經理。加入中華開發資本前,何志傑先生曾任職於WE Solutions Limited、CVC Asia Pacific Limited、Citicorp China Investment Management Limited、Union Bank of Switzerland等大型跨國投資機構及銀行,逾25年私募股權投資經驗。何志傑先生於服務CVC Asia期間募集資金超過美金100億元,投資領域遍及電子、零售、教育、醫療等各式產業超過100個投資案,基金募集與投資經驗均相當豐富。
何志傑先生擁有University of British Columbia企管碩士學位。

Sam Robinson is Managing Partner of North-East Private Equity Asia, which focuses on Asia private equity funds. Mr. Robinson is based in Singapore and has worked in private equity since 1998, initially joining Schroder Ventures in the UK. In 2001, he was one of the founder members of SVG Advisers, a fund of funds business, where he managed the global investment team. SVG Advisers was acquired by Aberdeen Asset Management in 2013, whereupon Mr. Robinson became Head of Asia Private Equity Fund Investment until his departure in 2015.

Marc Lau is a Managing Partner at Axiom Asia (www.axiomasia.com) which manages over US$7.0 billion in private equity strategies focused on funds in Asia. Marc is responsible for Axiom’s investments in Japan, South East Asia and Australia. Marc has 15 years of PE experience in Asia in addition to having operational experience in China. Marc was part of the founding investment team at Axiom Asia and works on primary, secondary and co-investment transactions. Prior to Axiom Asia, Marc worked at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (“GIC SI”) in Singapore and San Francisco where he worked on investments in funds as well as companies. After leaving GIC SI in 2004, Marc attended Harvard Business School and worked for Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) where he was the Deputy General Manager of Jacobs VIE Vehicle Systems, Danaher’s diesel engine brake business in China. Marc led the start-up of the manufacturing plant, managed the transition of a multi-million-dollar product line to China and successfully transitioned the business to a local team he recruited. Marc was also formerly an Analyst at Lazard Frères in New York and has served as a member of the Resource Panel for the Government Parliamentary Committee for Finance, Trade, and Industry in Singapore since 2011. Marc attended Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Departmental Honors and Distinction from Stanford University. Marc reads and writes English and Chinese.

Mr. George Lin, J.D., a healthcare veteran brings with him over 20 years of investment banking and legal experience working with numerous private and public companies globally. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hua Medicine. Mr. Lin also serves as a member of the Biotech Advisory Panel of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since April 2018. Prior to joining Hua Medicine in December 2017, he was Asia Pacific Head of Consumer, Retail and Healthcare Investment Banking and Head of Hong Kong and Taiwan Investment Banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynch based in Hong Kong. As an investment banker and corporate lawyer focused on healthcare, retail and the consumer sectors, Mr. Lin was previously based in Los Angeles and San Francisco before moving to Hong Kong in 2007. His experience entails IPOs, debt and equity financings and M&As for leading companies in Asia, the United States and Europe. In the last 10 years alone, Mr. Lin has led M&A transactions valued (in aggregate) in excess of US$20 billion and raised financings valued (in aggregate) at over US$40 billion.
Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Lin also worked at Credit Suisse as an investment banker in their Hong Kong, San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, and at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as a corporate attorney in their Los Angeles Office. Mr. Lin currently serves as a member of the Biotech Advisory Panel of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Mr. Lin received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Davis and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Chicago Law School.

T.J. Kono joined Unison Capital in 2002. He has managed a number of investments in Japan since Unison’s first fund, then led Unison’s expansion to Korea as its founding member. Today, he serves as a member of both Japan and Korea Investment Committee. He has been involved in Unison’s investments in Drug Eleven (Japan), Mine-Mart (Japan), UCOM (Japan), Nexcon Technology (Korea), Gong cha (Korea)/Royal Tea Taiwan (Taiwan), and Forbes (Japan). In addition to investment role, he oversees Unison Group’s investor relations functions. Prior to Unison Capital, he worked at Merrill Lynch Japan.

Jamie 從 1999 年開始投入創業,曾先後在台北與紐約共同創辦電商新創的哈酷網、AI 企業軟體新創碩網、旅遊社群新創 Sosauce.com,與 3D 遊戲製作新創 Muse Games。他 10 歲開始寫程式、組電腦,大學畢業於國立台灣大學化工學系輔修經濟,2006 年於 NYU Stern 取得 MBA。自 2009 年開始,他固定在 MR JAMIE 網誌發表文章,提供啟發給全球數百萬讀者。

林束珊女士於1999年加入中華開發工業銀行投資部,累積20年創投及私募股權投資的業務經驗。2018年參與募集完成中華開發優勢創業投資有限合夥新臺幣 45.4億元基金。目前擔任中華開發優勢創投基金主要經理人,負責領導團隊開發臺灣優勢企業投資及購併機會。加入中華開發前曾任臺灣飛利浦(股)公司全球電腦附加卡事業部產品經理。
林束珊女士具交通大學科技管理研究所碩士學位,目前擔任穩得實業、Lightel Technologies、iCHEF; 勤立生物科技監察人; 並曾任穩懋半導體、信驊科技、茂達電子、頎邦科技、融程電訊等企業董監事。

Toru Masuda, Corporate Officer (Alternative Investment), joined the Bank in 1988. Prior to responsible for private equity investment in 2000, Mr. Masuda was responsible for managing corporate and emerging market investment portfolio for the Bank in London since 1996. Prior to London Branch, Mr. Masuda spent four years for M&A Advisory, direct investments in and business support for venture companies in Japan and business matching. Also he has spent a few years for international business and administration. Mr. Masuda graduated Osaka University.

Kyle Shaw is the founder and managing partner of ShawKwei & Partners, a private equity fund manager based in Hong Kong and Singapore investing in Asian advanced manufacturing and service industries. ShawKwei is actively involved in managing portfolio companies and has specialist operating skills in areas such as revenue growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency.
Kyle has managed investment portfolios starting in 1990 with Security Pacific National Bank in Hong Kong, then in 1993 with the Tudor Investment Group in Shanghai, and in 1998 establishing ShawKwei & Partners. Prior to private equity, Kyle worked in the oil industry with Union Texas Petroleum in Houston and Tidewater in Louisiana and Singapore. During his private equity career, Kyle has served on the board of directors of numerous companies in China, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan including Flextronics, China Fangda Group, YongLe Tape, Amos Holdings, and Beyonics.
Kyle received an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1987 and a BS Commerce from the University of Virginia in 1983. He studied Mandarin Chinese at Taiwan’s National Normal University Language Institute for foreign students in 1985, and has lived over 30 years in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Taiwan.

Cecilia Tang joined LINE as Head of Corporate Strategy of LINE Taiwan in September 2015. She is primary overseeing corporate strategy planning, new business development, business insights, partnership management including startup sponsoring and investment & post-investment management.
Started from 2017, Cecilia was been appointed as Board of Director and leadership role of affiliate companies.
Prior joining to LINE, she was Head of Strategic Planning for AIG China and AVP of Consumer Insurance Partner Distribution. In that capacity she managed and advised on numerous corporate projects and strategic engagements- Shared Service Center, China Contact Center, Geographic Expansion- receive the license approval for provincial branch, and established Joint-Venture insurance sales and service company with PICC Group. Moreover, Cecilia was also leading the AIG Corporate Social Responsibilities project with variety of Road Safety initiatives in China.
Cecilia has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Prior joining AIG, Cecilia worked in an American-based Global Private Equity Firm, Consumer Financing Institutions and a Global Investment Management Firm. She has lived and worked in the U.S., North Asia and Greater China.
Cecilia holds Bachelor of Science degree in both Financial Management and Industrial & Operations Management from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Seoul National University.

Andy Tsai is Partner at StepStone Group, a global private markets specialist that currently over US$120 billion of private capital allocations, including over US$232 billion of assets under management. StepStone provides customized investment, portfolio monitoring, and advisory solutions to some of the most sophisticated investors in the world. We cover the spectrum of opportunities in private markets and focus on providing highly responsive and collaborative client service.
Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Tsai was Head of Alternative Investment of Cathay Life Insurance Company and responsible for managing portfolio across private equity and hedge funds globally, and evaluated direct investment and venture capital funds in Taiwan.
Mr. Tsai holds a BA from the National Taiwan University and an MS from the National Taipei University.

William Wang has been working in CT/CP Group as the senior investment director and head of investment department since 2016. He is also an IC member of CR-CP Life Science Fund.
As head of investment department, William initiated or participated the origination of multiple co-GP funds including CR-CP Life Scient Fund, an AI/Sports fund, a Vietnam Fund, a Real Estate Funds and others. Besides funds, William also reviews deals which can bring in synergy for the Group.

殷尚龍先生現任中華開發資本國際董事總經理及併購投資主管。加入本公司以前,殷尚龍先生於自身創立的Rivendell Partners擔任管理合夥人,主導以大中華地區為重心的中型企業併購。
在此之前,殷尚龍先生在凱雷投資集團(Carlyle Group)累積了廿年經驗,擔任董事總經理主力投資亞洲地區各產業併購案。加入凱雷以前,他於加拿大CIBC奧本海默(CIBC Oppenheimer)負責電信與生醫等產業之投資銀行業務。早年他曾服務位於美國的全球地產私募基金公司柯羅尼資本(Colony Capital),身兼收購與資產管理團隊之職。
殷尚龍先生為美國加州大學洛杉磯分校的安德森商學院企管碩士、美國南加州大學房地產開發碩士及加州大學洛杉磯分校電機工程學士。

Ms. Zheng joined PAOH in 2016 and is responsible for private equity fund investment. Prior to joining PAOH, Ms. Zheng worked in Ping An Life for three years and helped build up the overseas private equity investment platform for Ping An Life. Prior to joining Ping An, Ms. Zheng worked for six years at Sun Life Insurance Company of Canada in its Toronto headquarter. Ms. Zheng was responsible for managing insurance asset and fund investments in international markets, with a focus on Europe and Asia.
Ms. Zheng is a CFA charter holder and graduated with a MA in Economics from Concordia University in Canada and a BA in Finance from Dalian Maritime University in China.

Vivian Joined Advantage Partners in July 2015 as one of the founding members of the Asia buyout fund.
Responsible for investments including ESG, Shih An Farm, Greenlight Education and Asia Gourmet Holding. After joining Advantage Partners, Vivian has spearheaded AP’s Greater China operations, including the establishment of our Shanghai office in October 2016. She has also built out the firm’s local investment and management teams, expanded AP’s network and coverage in GC, and strengthened the AP brand name in the Chinese market. At Advantage Partners’ Greater China portfolio companies, Vivian leads our team’s efforts to form growth strategies, develop new products and services, enhance management control systems, and achieve inorganic growth through add-on acquisitions. Vivian helped established AP’s presence in the Taiwanese buyout market by leading the investment in Shih An farm where she recruited a talented professional management team to transform the founder-led rural farming business into an institutional world class operation. Under her leadership, the company rebuilt its IT infrastructure and financial systems and further enhanced its world class ESG standards, helping to make the company one of the leaders in the egg industry in the region.
Prior to joining Advantage Partners, Vivian was the China head at AIG Investments. Before that she spent more than 12 years in the management consulting industry as Senior partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and a Principal from the Boston Consulting Group. MBA from University of Texas at Austin and B.S. from Beijing Normal University.

Tim Burroughs is managing editor of Asian Venture Capital Journal, having joined the publication in May 2011. He is responsible for all editorial content put out under the AVCJ brand, including Asian Venture Capital Journal, AVCJtv, AVCJ Awards and AVCJ.com. Tim previously spent five years at China Economic Review, serving as editor-in-chief and then editorial director. Located in Greater China since 2003, during which time he has lived in Beijing, Qingdao and Hong Kong, Tim has been a China-based contributor for publications including The Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, BBC and China Daily. Prior to moving to China, he trained and worked as a journalist in the UK. He was honored at the Society of Publishers in Asia awards in 2007, 2008 and 2010, and at the State Street Institutional Press Awards - Asia in 2012.
