Mr. Chen founded Delos Capital, a life sciences fund fostering development and collaboration of innovation globally, in 2014. Mr. Chen is the Managing Partner of Delos Capital.
Prior to establishing Delos Capital, Mr. Chen was a Partner and Co-Head of Asia at Permira, a European private equity firm with global reach and a total committed capital of approximately €33bn. While at Permira, Mr. Chen worked on a number of transactions including Asia Broadcast Satellite and Galaxy Entertainment Group.
Prior to joining Permira in 2008, Mr. Chen spent nine years in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director and co-headed the General Industrials Group, Asia (excluding Japan) which covered consumer retail, healthcare, industrials and transportation sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Chen was a corporate finance lawyer with Davis Polk in New York and Hong Kong.

Ms. Valerie Chen serves as a Vice President and the Head of the Alternative Investments of Fubon Life Insurance. She is responsible for managing the alternative investment portfolio, which includes private equity funds, hedge funds, and infrastructure funds. Prior to joining Fubon Life in 2014, Valerie spent her career at PineBridge Investments in Hong Kong, responsible for private equity funds and co-investments. Valerie received a BA in Economics from National Taiwan University and an MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Prior to joining Cherubic Ventures, Tina Cheung was the co-founder and CEO of EnvisionRecruit, a marketing platform that connects education institutions and students in emerging markets. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Ms. Cheng has also worked at large corporations such as Cisco, Yahoo, and Ogilvy & Mather, leading a variety of projects such as designing global sales compensation system, driving partnerships, and planning advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Tina holds an MBA degree from UCLA Anderson School of Business and a bachelor degree from the College of Communications at National Cheng-Chi University.

Lionel de Saint-Exupéry is the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Standing Committee of the Board of CDIB Capital Group. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CDIB Capital International Corporation which he spearheaded in 2006. Prior to CDIB Capital, he was as a senior banker in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers based in New York and London. During his investment banking career, he worked on more than US$45 billion of public and private transactions in M&A as well as Equity and Debt Capital Markets. His experience spans across a broad range of industries such as Consumer, Media, Technology, Financial Services and Industrial throughout North America, Europe and Asia. During those years, he advised leading private equity firms across a variety of leveraged buyout, trade sale and IPO transactions. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was a member of the Global M&A practice of Booz-Allen & Hamilton in Europe. he sits on the Board of Directors of a number of the Group's subsidiaries as well as some of the Group's portfolio companies.
Sean Sehoon Ham joined EQT Partners' Investor Relations team in January 2016. Sean is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations Asia based in the Hong Kong office.
Prior to joining EQT Partners, Sean worked at The Blackstone Group in Hong Kong where he focused on investor coverage and business development. Before Blackstone, Sean was with UBS and Merrill Lynch where he focused on private funds placement. Sean was also with Cornerstone Equity Partners and Vogo private equity fund where he focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments.

Dennis Kwan joined MVision in 2014. He is an experienced private equity and infrastructure professional with a strong management consulting and restructuring experience in Asia and Europe.
At MVision, Mr. Kwan is the Regional Head of Asia Pacific. He is involved in global origination as well as managing global fundraisings, and developing and maintaining investor relationships.
Prior to joining MVision, Mr. Kwan spent seven years with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust (Hong Kong), a subsidiary of one of the largest trust banks in Japan. At Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, he focused on private equity and infrastructure fund investments. Prior to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, he was a senior advisor at KPMG Business Advisory Practice, where he has led numerous restructuring, reorganization and performance improvement initiatives. Mr. Kwan also held various senior roles at Sony Corporation in both Asia and Europe.
Mr. Kwan received an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (With Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Mr. Andrew Lee is the Executive Director of Alibaba’s Taiwan Entrepreneurs Fund Limited (the “Fund”). Mr. Lee supervises the operations of the Fund which focuses on venture investment in growth stage companies founded by Taiwanese entrepreneurs. The Fund was established in 2015 solely by Alibaba Group with a committed capital of US$300 million dollars.
Mr. Lee was the Chief Financial Offer of EnTie Commercial Bank (“EnTie Bank”), a publicly listed bank on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE: 2849) and a portfolio company in the Longreach Group-managed private equity fund. In his role as Chief Financial Officer at EnTie Bank from 2007 to 2015, he oversaw the strategic and organizational development, budgeting and reporting, human resources management, information technology services and integrated risk management, and helped turn around EnTie Bank into a modern and highly profitable bank in Taiwan. Mr. Lee served as the spokesman of EnTie Bank and as a member to its management committee, asset and liability management committee, risk committee, and personnel evaluation committee.
Prior to joining EnTie Bank, Mr. Lee was a vice president at the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers Inc., responsible for both the coverage of clients in Taiwan as well as the execution of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) transactions. Mr. Lee completed various fund raising and M&A transactions for large Taiwanese enterprises in technology, media, telecom, and financial services industries. Mr. Lee also advised in various leveraged buyouts by international private equity firms.
Mr. Lee received his BA and MBA in finance from National Taiwan University.

Jamie 從 1999 年開始投入創業，曾先後在台北與紐約共同創辦電商新創的哈酷網、AI 企業軟體新創碩網、旅遊社群新創 Sosauce.com，與 3D 遊戲製作新創 Muse Games。他 10 歲開始寫程式、組電腦，大學畢業於台大化工，2006 年於 NYU Stern 取得 MBA。自 2009 年開始，他固定在 MR JAMIE 網誌發表文章，提供啟發給全球數百萬讀者。

Dr. Richard Lu, Executive Director, Grand Victoria Hotel and Cambridge Asset Management
Dr. Lu is the Executive Director of Cambridge Asset Management, which is a Family Office for the Grand Victoria Group. Dr. Lu has over 15 years of investment management and industry experience. Cambridge Asset Management has an investment asset class focus of Alternative Investments and a sector focus on Global Healthcare.
Prior to joining the family business, Dr. Lu has extensive Biotech industry experience. He worked for Academia Sinica, conducting research projects on drug delivery as well as research projects with University of Cambridge and University of Tokyo. He also worked for Venture Capital, and was responsible with healthcare investments.
Dr. Lu holds a PhD in Bio-Engineering from the University of Cambridge where he was a Commonwealth Trust Scholar, a MEng from the University of Tokyo and BSc in Material Science from University of Singapore.

Sean joins Microsoft from Thomson Reuters, a WW leading content provider, where he was the site leader in charge of overall Taiwan business to help clients leverage high value content to conduct trading strategy, manage risk, meet compliance and go digitalization. Sean lead Thomson Reuters Taiwan’s transformation journey and won clients’ satisfaction as well as respect in two years. Before THOMSON REUTERS, Sean was International Data Corporation (IDC) General Manager of Taiwan and Hong Kong, also be assigned as executive director of IDC Greater China for financial industry and FinTech. In this role, Sean conducted numerous research and consulting projects. He and team not only provide professional, in-depth market analysis, but also high-value consulting strategy to IDC clients and grew 70% revenue by two and half years. Sean has given presentations at major events in ICT industry. In each presentation, he shares his views and insights on the corresponding focus areas and be recognized as thought leader in market. Sean has over 11 years experience in IT industry. He has worked at Hewlett-Packard Taiwan as Sales Director and over-achieved his targets 3 years in succession and was recognized as one of the top performer across the AP region. Before that, he worked as service business manager for Cisco Taiwan and north Asia for 3 years; he also worked as account manager in EMC for 4 years. Sean started his career as programming trader, hedge fund manager and industry analysis in Polaris securities group in 1996 to 2001.

Jun Qian is Schroder Adveq’s Head of Investments China and General Manager of Schroder Adveq Investment Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. He and his team are responsible for all investments in the region.
Before joining Schroder Adveq in 2015, Jun was a Director at Capital Dynamics China in Shanghai, China. From 2010 to 2013 he was a Partner at Diligence Capital, a private equity fund of fund in Beijing, China. Prior to that, he worked as Project Manager in the Competence Centre Investor Support at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Shanghai from 2007 to 2008. Before that, he worked in different positions for KPMG in Beijing and in Berlin/Frankfurt. Tetsuya Tabata joined Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank (Japan) in 2004 ,and is currently based in HK, responsible for Private Equity/Infrastructure investments on a global basis. Mr. Tabata was transferred to Hong Kong Office in 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Tabata was responsible for private equity/infrastructure investments for 5 years in Tokyo. Before joining the private equity team, he worked in credit supervision (securitized debt products in US) and global credit portfolio management. Mr. Tabata received a Bachelor of political science from Waseda University.
Yinglan Tan founded Insignia Venture Partners in 2017, an early stage technology venture fund focusing on Southeast Asia and has partnered with regional champions like Carro Payfazz, Cohive, Janio and Logivan amongst others. Prior to founding Insignia Venture Partners, Mr. Tan was Sequoia Capital’s first hire and Venture Partner in Southeast Asia. He sourced multiple investment opportunities for Sequoia including Tokopedia, Go-jek, Traveloka, Carousell and Appier (where he represented Sequoia on the board). He had also been a member of the elite Singapore Administrative Service, where he served in a variety of positions in the Prime Minister’s Office (where he was part of a team that managed a S$360 million fund for innovation and enterprise), Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Defence. He was also the founding Director of 3i Venturelab China, a jointventure between private equity firm 3i (LSE:III) and INSEAD.

Hamilton Tang is a Managing Director of CDIB Capital International Corp. Prior to joining he served as the group Chief Executive Officer of Simon Murray & Company and Managing Partner of SMC Capital China ("SMC"), a Greater China focused investment management firm in private equity, long only funds, hedge funds, fixed income, and other direct investments. Prior to that, his background includes appointments as co-CEO of a regional entertainment company and Vice President at Morgan Stanley investment banking division in New York and Hong Kong.

Mingchen Xia is a Managing Director on Hamilton Lane’s Fund Investment Team, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2014, Mingchen was a Senior Fund Manager at Tokio Marine Asset Management in Japan, where he was responsible for private equity fund investment globally. Previously, he worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and Mizuho Securities.
Mingchen received an M.B.A. from Hitotsubashi University and a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Kang Xu joined KKR in 2013 and is a member of the firm's private equity team. Mr. Xu played a significant role in KKR's investment in Cue & Co and Gambol Pet Group, and is currently a board member of Cue & Co. He has also worked on a number of KKR’s portfolio companies including Sunner Development, United Envirotech and Asia Dairy. Rebecca Yang heads the Alternative Investment program for Taiwan Life Insurance, a member of CTBC Financial Holding Group. Ms. Yang starts her career in corporate banking and principal investment at CTBC and been with the group over 15 years.
Taiwan Life as a leading institution investor, the alternative program started in 2012 with AUM over US$ 2 billion. Ms. Yang builds up the internal infrastructure system and leads the portfolio construction and commitment allocation across multi asset classes including corporate PE, secondary, credit, infrastructure, VC, public equity mandates and other alternative investments.
Ms Yang received her BA in Business Administration from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and MBA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in US.
Since joining Ping An in 2013, she has been focusing on building up overseas investment platform for Life insurance asset, including both public and private equity investments.
Prior to joining Ping An, Lili worked for six years at Sun Life Insurance Company of Canada in Toronto headquarter, where she was responsible for managing insurance asset and fund investments in international markets, especially European and Asian area.

Ms. Zheng joined Advantage Partners in July 2015 and is playing a leadership role in AP’s Greater China activities. Ms. Zheng also served as Group Vice President and President of Brilliance Auto Group (BMW JV partner) Sales Company during 2003-2004 to lead restructuring as an outgrowth of a consulting engagement. She started her career in the computer industry in China and in the US. Ms. Zheng has a BS in Computer Science from Beijing Normal University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
