Fred supports all aspects of the decision-making process of the Private Credit Team, including sourcing, structuring, reviewing, and negotiating deal opportunities.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Fred was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. In this role, he focused on investing capital out of various private debt vehicles, including the firm's first Business Development Company (BDC), as well as managing initial credit reviews, structuring the financing, business due diligence, participating in Investment Committee approval, negotiating deal terms, and coordinating legal documentation.
Fred’s other experience includes a Vice President role at Fifth Street Asset Management, an Associate role at Greenhill & Co. and Golden Arc Capital, and an Analyst position at Banc of America Securities. Frederick commenced his career at Lehman Brothers, as an Analyst within the Credit Derivatives team.

Mr. Zito is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Credit, a Senior Partner and Co-Head of the Firm’s Global Corporate Credit business. He is the Senior Portfolio Manager of multiple fund products, including the Credit Strategies Fund, Apollo Accord Fund and certain Global Liquid Managed Accounts. He joined Apollo in 2012 after five years as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Brencourt Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund, where he oversaw all of the firm’s credit investments including the Brencourt Credit Opportunities Fund. Prior to that, he was at Veritas Fund Group for five years where he co-managed the flagship capital structure focused high yield fund and the short only credit vehicle. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and he graduated cum laude from Amherst College with an A.B. in Economics.
Rob Petty is Co-Founder of the Clearwater Funds and Co-CEO and Co-CIO of Fiera Capital (Asia). Since founding the Clearwater Funds in 2001, Rob and his partner Amit Gupta have invested profitably across cycles, sectors and geographies, building an Asia-focused business that is one of the largest credit investing firms in the region today. Over his career, Rob has focused on Asia-dedicated credit investments, with broad expertise in direct lending, secondary credit and special situations strategies.
Rob’s principal responsibilities at Clearwater encompass portfolio management, origination and overall management of the Firm. Prior to founding Clearwater, Rob worked as a capital committer in Asian credit for fifteen years at Lehman Brothers and Peregrine Fixed income, before moving to the investment side of the business working for Marc Lasry at Amroc Investments for three years.
Rob holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from Brown University and is based in Hong Kong. Rob sits on the Board of two Clearwater portfolio companies and also serves on the Board for non-profit organization EngenderHealth.
Seunggu Ahn is a director in Private Equity Group at KIC, a Sovereign Wealth Fund in South Korea. Seunggu has 12 years of experience of private investments including fund investments and co-investments globally. Prior to KIC, she was an investment manager at Tstone, a middle market buyout firm in Seoul and a research associate at Morgan Stanley Principal Investments group based out of Seoul. Seunggu received a B.A in Economics from Korea University in South Korea.
Mr. Panossian is a managing director and Oaktree’s Head of Performing Credit, as well as portfolio manager for Oaktree’s Strategic Credit strategy. His responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s performing credit activities including the senior loan, high yield bond, convertibles, structured credit, emerging markets debt, mezzanine and direct-lending strategies. Mr. Panossian joined Oaktree in 2007 as a senior member of its Distressed Debt investment team. In January 2014, he joined the U.S. Senior Loan team to assume co-portfolio management responsibilities and lead the development of Oaktree’s CLO business. Mr. Panossian joined Oaktree from Pequot Capital Management, where he worked on their distressed debt strategy. Mr. Panossian received a B.A. degree in economics with honors and distinction from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Panossian then went on to receive an M.S. degree in health services research from Stanford Medical School and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. Mr. Panossian serves on the Advisory Board of the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
Kerry Dolan is a Managing Director on the Credit Investments team at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). She has over 20 years of investing and leveraged finance experience. Kerry joined PSP Investments in January 2016 and has held various responsibilities including risk, underwriting and portfolio management. She is currently Head of Originations.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Kerry was a Director, Leveraged Finance and Coverage at Barclays Capital in New York, where she managed all phases of financings, from origination to execution, documentation and closing. She previously worked at Bank of America Securities and for the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, where she was a Park Leadership Fellow.
