Driving the discussion on diversity, inclusion, and culture

The 4th Annual AVCJ Diversity & Inclusion Forum successfully took place on 9 December 2021. The event bought together over 270 professionals including 120+LPs, representing 200+ different organizations from 21 geographies.

The conference, which took place virtually, focused on the key learnings and top issues surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion in the regional private equity and venture capital industry. It kicked off by an opening panel on global private equity investors’ insights in D&I, and featured executives from leading organizations including Bain Capital, Blackstone, CDPQ and PAG sharing their views on a number of relevant topics including gender lens investing, recruitment and retention and LP insights into advancing the diversity agenda.

After the conclusion of the virtual event, AVCJ hosted an invitation-only in-person roundtable discussions and networking cocktails at the Four Seasons Hong Kong that was attended by 60+ supporters from Asia’s leading companies.

The AVCJ Diversity & Inclusion Forum returns to Hong Kong in November 2022.
