Peter Adams joined Vermilion Partners as Managing Director of the Beijing office in 2011 and has over a decade of investment banking and corporate M&A experience in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining Vermilion, he spent six years at Siemens, based in their regional headquarters in Beijing, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions across Asia. His team completed transactions in China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Thailand, during which period Siemens China grew its revenue base from Euro4.5bn to Euro6.4bn.
Prior to joining Siemens, Peter was based in New York, where he worked in Merrill Lynch’s financial institutions group, for whom he also served in their Beijing and Tokyo offices. He subsequently joined International Technology Investment Managers (Asia), a technology venture firm, where he managed capital raising for an Asian direct investment fund; and, Enterprise Air, a software group, where he managed capital raising and mergers and acquisitions strategies; both based in New York. Peter holds a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Yale University in East Asian Studies and speaks fluent Mandarin and some Japanese.

Sean is currently a Managing Director at SenseTime AI Fund. Prior to his current role, he was member of executive committee and a partner of China Fusion Group and its buyout fund Boliu Capital which is a USD1.5bio investment vehicle focusing on overseas M&A and investment in IOT, fintech and asset allocation. Previously he was China head of financial sponsors at Deutsche Bank Corporate and Investment Bank where he was responsible for providing full suite of investment banking services including M&A advisory and financing solutions to strategic investor and corporate clients. Honghui Cao, current Deputy Director General of China Development Bank's Research & Development Department and CBD's Center for Financial Research & Development, senior expert, a professor and PhD Supervisor of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, specializes in financial market, macroeconomics, payment and settlement, researches about international strategies and investment management for a long time. Frank has over 13 years of experience practicing M&A. Raghu Narain brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and economic policy advisory. Currently, Mr. Narain is Head of Investment Banking for Natixis, APAC with the responsibility to deliver M&A, Acquisition Financing, Strategic Equity, and DCM solutions. Prior to Natixis, Mr. Narain was the Head of Sector Advisory and Global Industrials Group in RBS Asia. Henriette Peucker works out of the Berlin and Brussels offices in the Corporate Affairs & Public Strategies Practice of Hering Schuppener/Finsbury. She focuses on advising companies in strategic stakeholder communications, especially on how to position themselves and advocate their interests in the political sphere. Among her clients are various global B2B and B2C companies that are invested in Europe and rely on handling complex regulatory matters. These includes merger analysis, state aid, trade disputes and cartels – the result of competition procedures by both the EU Commission and national competition authorities. Hong Qiu is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Lazard Greater China. Ms. Qiu has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investment in Asia.
