1. How do I log into AVCJ Forum?

Once a registered attendee, we will send you an email with login details and link 1 week before the event. You will be able to tune in from any of your devices throughout the three-days virtual forum.

2. I would like to revisit some of the sessions after the event, where can I  access them?

The on-demand sessions will be available 1 week after the event, you will be able to access to them once you are logged into your account.

 3. Can I send a replacement if I can't attend the forum after registering?

If you are no longer able to attend, please send a transfer request to with the new attendee’s information including full name, job title, company name, email address, and phone number. This will allow us to disable your account, create a new account, and send a confirmation letter to the new attendee. 

4. I would like to cancel my ticket, what should I do?

A cancellation charge of US$300 is applicable to written cancellations received on or before 27th October 2020. No refund will be made for cancellations after the date due to our advance guaranty obligations and administration costs. If you do not attend the event or notify us of your intention to cancel, the full fee will still be payable. A substitute delegate is welcome but the organiser MUST be notified in advance of the meeting to avoid incurring a charge. Substitutions may NOT be made at the meeting.

7. What will the virtual forum look like?

The virtual forum will be broadcast live through a virtual room between 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM HKT on 17-19 November. Throughout the day, you will be able to access chat functions and participate in live polls and Q&A in real-time with other attendees.
