Venue and Accommodation

The venues for this year's forum will be the JW Marriott and Island Shangri-La hotels. Centrally located in the financial district on Hong Kong island, the hotels are part of the Pacific Place complex. Pacific Place is easily accessible by private car, taxi and MTR (Admiralty station).

    Room Cancellation:
    To cancel your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly with a minimum of 14 days notification. Late cancellation or "no show" charges will be automatically posted to the individual credit card by the hotel.


    Directions for Pacific Place

    Access the hotels via the Bubble Lift:
    JW Marriott go to L3
    Island Shangri-La go to L5

    Directions from Island Shangri-La to JW Marriott
    • From the Island Ballroom proceed to the Bubble Lift lobby, which is just past the Island Gourmet Cake Shop on the same floor (Level 5).
    • Take the Bubble Lift to Level 3.
    • Turn left upon exiting the lift. Keep walking until you pass Cova and Bottega Veneta.
      The entrance to the JW Marriott Ballroom is beside Bottega Veneta.
    Directions from JW Marriott to Island Shangri-La
    • From the JW Marriott Ballroom (Level 3), exit to The Pacific Place Shopping Mall.
    • Passing by Bottega Veneta and Cova, keep walking until you reach the bubble lift, opposite Christian Dior.
    • Take the Bubble Lift to Level 5. Turn right for the Island Shangri-La. The Island Ballroom is straight down the corridor past the Island Gourmet Cake Shop.
